Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Konark Doors as your preferred door partner. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully if you wish to return a product. If your request falls within our policy, we will be happy to assist you.

General Conditions

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 4 days of receiving the product.
  • After 6 days of delivery, no returns or exchanges will be processed.
  • Sale or discounted orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • A valid reason must be provided for the return or exchange.
  • The item shouldn’t be used or installed before returning. No returns/claims will be entertained for such things.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Sale Orders / Discounted Products
  • Door accessories like hinges, latches, & locks
  • Products purchased from pop-ups/exhibitions or in-studio trials
  • Products that have been coloured, chemically treated, or damaged after post-purchase

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Log in to your account on Konarkdoors.com and choose the product you want to return. Provide your reason and attach a picture.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request. If eligible, we will approve the return and arrange for a reverse pickup.
  3. Quality Check (QC): Once the product reaches us, it will undergo a QC process. If it passes, a store credit will be issued.
    Please note: store credit will be given after a deduction of 500/-

Important Instructions

  • Ensure the product is in the same condition as when received. Used or altered products (cut, colored, chemically treated, or any other) will not be accepted.
  • Record an unboxing video of the package before opening the courier seal to claim any physical damage or missing products. Returns/exchanges for damaged or defective products require valid video proof.
  • Clearly mention your order number and contact number on the package when returning it.
  • 500 will be deducted for all returns/exchanges for logistics, prepping and packaging purposes

Refund and Store Credit

  • WE DO NOT OFFER BANK REFUNDS. All refunds are provided as store credit.
  • Store credit will be issued after deducting ₹500 and can be used for future purchases or gifting.
  • Store credit will be sent directly to you via email.

Please Note: During festivals, Sale, adverse weather conditions like rains, natural calamities or political crises and curfews, your shipment may get delayed. We assure you that we will try our best to deliver your product. However this not be considered as a valid reason for cancelation or refund.
